Furniture Photos

I went back and forth about posting photos of our new furniture before the rest of our gear had arrived.  I wanted to show you the “finished” look, but I decided to go ahead and share them.  I’ll do an “after” post once the rest of our belongings get here from the States, and it’ll be something to look forward to!

We purchased a 3 seater sofabed, a 3 seater sofa with built-in chaise, and a 2 seater sofa for the living room.  Since our mattresses haven’t arrived from the States yet, it’s also serving as our bedroom furniture.  This is the main room, with a view into the park across the street…

It’s a little dark, so you can’t see too many of the details.  Here’s a closer view of one of the sofas…

This is my favorite spot to curl up with a good book.  The sun’s shining in, it’s comfy… what more could you ask for?  I’m also quite pleased with the sofa-bed mattress.  Some sofa-beds leave you feeling as though you’re sleeping with a big bar in your back.  We’ve been using this one for over a week now, and I have no complaints {in case you didn’t catch it, that was a big hint-hint for all you family members to come for a visit!}.

Now, I just need to find some end tables!
