I’d like to take a break from my normal whining and complaining to give a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to my wonderful, extremely intelligent and very talented husband.

He was selected to take part in a lecture series involving young talent within his profession.  The lectures take place at one of the SUNY campuses (I won’t say which one for privacy’s sake) next semester, and he’ll be awarded an honorarium.  They’ll fly him to NY on an as-yet-TBD Wednesday and he’ll give two lectures to the students over the next few days.  This is a pretty big deal and definitely an honor – the determination process was very strict  and only a small percentage were accepted.  I’m so proud of him!  Congratulations, baby!
