Six words: Jillian Michaels is kicking my butt!

I wanted to shake up my workout routine, so I bought the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD.  I jog on the treadmill for 45 minutes, 5 days a week, so it’s not like I’ve just been sitting around, but lately I’d get done jogging and feel like I hadn’t really worked out.  I started this DVD last week in addition to my jogging, and I was so sore, it was embarrasing.  My legs were killing me!  That means it’s working, though, right?!  My plan is to do this at least 3 days a week for the next 30 days on top of my usual 45 minute jog.  After that, I’ll reevaluate.  I’ll let you know how it works out!

    yea, that’s alot like my plan.. using it to supplement my cardio… i definitely needed some strength in the mix!

    I tried P90X and that was pretty insane, so I can only imagine this one is pretty hard too… good luck!

    Everyone’s saying that the Shred is almost as bad as p90x…hope it works and doesn’t make you too sore!!

    OMG … I did this this morning for the first time. Holy moses! It kicked my butt!!! Good luck … I hope I can walk tomorrow. 🙂
