Legal Seafood

One of the yummy finds of New England is Legal Seafood. I don’t think I’d ever actually tasted chowder before, and I am so glad that my first bite was one of their creations. So far, I’ve only tasted their “Alaskan King Crab + Sweet Corn” and the “New England Clam” chowders. Both were delicious, but I far and away prefer the crab and corn concoction.

I’ve gotten the chowders from Costo, but what I’d really like to do is try out one of their restaurants. There are several near us, but they’re in other states, too – D.C., FL, GA, MD, NJ, PA, and others. If there isn’t one near you, then don’t worry! They have online shopping 🙂 Here are some pictures of the Alaskan King Crab + Sweet Corn chowder. My camera didn’t really do it justice, but trust me, it’s delicious!

  1. The color is more from the Alaskan king crab than anything else. It really is good, though! More like a stew than anything else 🙂

  2. Never had that before – any kind of corn chowder…. cant imagine that its good – the color of it even makes me leary… I’m a weirdo with food though…

  3. oo Legal Seafood is a must go everytime I go to DC. There is one at the airport fyi! Their lobster roll is my fave.
