NCNZ, Nursing in New Zealand, Twitter

Twitterpated

Update: My NZ RN registration that I mailed back in March has been processed and should be on its way to me at this very moment.  One  thing down, one more to go!

Well, I’m having to eat my words about Twitter.

You might recall that I used to have an account, then deactivated it.  Turns out Twitter is used a lot more than I thought – restaurants, stores, you name it – it seems like all sorts of places that I frequent are using it, especially in NZ.  I thought, “Ugh!  But remember you said you didn’t like Twitter?  You didn’t have enough time for it?  You just didn’t “get” it?!?!”

I still don’t entirely “get” Twitter, but I’ve signed back up.  You can follow along either by clicking on the Twitter button in this post or on the right-hand side of the blog main page, or by doing a Twitter search for “AmericanRNinNZ” and sending a follow request.  I can’t guarantee that I’ll be sending any Earth-shattering tweets, but if nothing else, I’ll be the one person in New Zealand you know on Twitter, ha ha!
